how cute is that? i can see it now. weekend trips to the cabin, overnight trips to visit friends, ski parties...

today is one. crazy, hectic, busy, stressful day. we all have 'em. some more than most. the only thing i really wanna do right now is curl up in my fresh, warm sheets + pretend i'm floating several feet above the moss in a rainforest like this amazing photo - taken by ditte isager {for bloomingdales.} what an incredible photography concept!

{ saturday night gallery hop }

not sure how, but we managed to get the best seat in the house this saturday @ martinis. the food was incredible. {as was the wine.} before hand, we perused through some local galleries including 83 gallery {1038 high street} next to bodega – which had by far the youngest turn out. perhaps it has something to do with the indoor trapeze along with some very innovative local artists. 

another happy weekend winds down with a much-needed extra hour.

just a walk in the park...

last weekend, i was bitten by the photog bug + dusted off the nikon. was i really going to let these gorgeous leaves + colors pass by without a photo shoot? so, chris + i took addy for a walk through the park. couldn't have been a prettier, crisper fall day!

addy's first costume party...

last friday, the doodle had her first ever costume party at school! she "happily" put on her pumpkin and headed out the door, off to play with all her friends! 

earlier in the week, chris dressed up too, to show her halloween was "cool."

addy doodle wasn't so convinced.

but my little pumpkin decided to velcro on that orange hat + jump into the car, off to her party – where she played all day long.
